• Finish: Unfinished – View Our Treatex Hardwax Oils range of colours and finishes to complete your floor as you wish!

• Grade:  Rustic Grade ABCD – Includes Filled knots and possibly some Sapwood. Slight colour variations due to a natural product.

• Profile: Multi-Plywood Core and Micro Bevelled – Tongue & Groove – Micro Bevel to sides

. Underfloor Heating: Yes this flooring is compatible to use with underfloor heating. Correct guidelines must be followed. The maximum face temperature should not exceed 26 Degrees C.

Installation: We recommend that this flooring should be installed using one of two following floor fitting techniques. 

Option one, would be to secret nail the tongue part of the plank into a Birch Plywood subfloor. 

Option two would be to use Sikabond 54 flexible adhesive for a full stick down method with the engineered oak planks directly onto the dry screed or Birch Plywood subfloor.

Nb: It is recommended that you should use a Sikabond Mb Primer on all screed subfloors when it has a dry moisture content.
