Installation: We recommend that this flooring should be installed using one of three following floor fitting techniques.
Option one, ‘floating floor’, which is achieved by gluing the tongue and groove profiles of the board and allow the floor as a whole to float, usually cushioned with use of an underlay, various thickness are available.
Option two would be to secret nail through the tongue profile of the plank into a plywood subfloor.
Finally, option three would be to use Sikabond 54 flexible adhesive for a full stick down method, other adhesives are available but this would be our personal recommendation with the engineered oak planks directly onto the dry screed or Birch Plywood subfloor.
Nb: It is recommended that you should use a Sikabond Mb Primer on all screed subfloors when it has a dry moisture content.

We offer a 25 year guarantee with this Engineered Oak Versailles Panels.
The Versailles pattern builds on the elegance of the oak, in that it is vintage and reminiscent of 17th century mansions. The pattern is something unique to ordinary engineered wood flooring, and is different to all other forms of parquet flooring too. It has lots of character and will help create an image of sophistication. The parquet flooring is practical too – it is easier to replace the smaller blocks in the rare occasion they become damaged, and they can be better arranged how you want for greater personalisation.
You can install this floor using many different methods, of which are detailed in our installation guide in the ‘installation’ tab above.
